Our 60-minute HYROX Strength | Endurance classes are designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness through functional movement and conditioning-based training that transfers directly to your goals outside the gym.

Warm-Up & Mobility: Dynamic movement prep to improve mobility, activate muscles, and prepare your body for training.
Functional Conditioning: Workouts may include running, rowing, skiing, sled pushes and pulls, carries, bodyweight movements, intervals, and endurance-focused circuits designed to improve stamina, strength, and overall athletic performance.
