Our 60-minute HYROX Strength | Endurance classes are designed to build strength, endurance, and overall fitness through functional movement and conditioning-based training that transfers directly to your goals outside the gym.

Whether you’re looking for an incredible workout, training for endurance events like running races, cycling, obstacle course races, or preparing specifically for HYROX competition, this class is built to help you move better, perform better, and become more resilient.

What to Expect:

Warm-Up & Mobility: Dynamic movement prep to improve mobility, activate muscles, and prepare your body for training.

Functional Conditioning: Workouts may include running, rowing, skiing, sled pushes and pulls, carries, bodyweight movements, intervals, and endurance-focused circuits designed to improve stamina, strength, and overall athletic performance.

Performance & Recovery Focus:

Every class is designed to help improve work capacity, movement efficiency, and recovery while building long-term fitness.
