This class will focus on increasing strength, boosting confidence, and creating healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Our 6-week Intro to Weightlifting class is designed for girls ages 13-19 of all fitness levels who want to learn the basics of strength training in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
Participants will learn proper form, safe barbell lifting techniques, and complementary exercises to help build full-body strength—no experience needed!
Come lift, learn, and leave feeling stronger—inside and out!
