EXP Kids Summer Session 1

A fun and exciting exercise class for children ages 4-12. These classes focuses on teaching young children how to move their bodies and have fun while learning how to exercise properly. Each 1 hour class will include a warm-up, short workout, fun games and a cool down/stretch.

Coached by teacher and CrossFit Kids certified Coach Kacey Morin!

We've got a new EXP Kids session beginning NEXT TUESDAY 6/9 which runs for 4 weeks through the month of June!

A perfect short session if your spring sports are ended to add in a fun activity before summer break!
