Coach

Meghan Rezac

Meghan Rezac is a CrossFit EXP coach, American Sign Language interpreter, Northeastern University graduate, wife to Dave, and mom to Marlow and Norah.

A lifelong athlete, Meghan grew up playing soccer and softball before discovering her love for track and cross country. She competed in the 400m, 4x400m relay, triple jump, and high jump, even holding a school record in the high jump for a time. As an adult, she stayed active through running, triathlons, yoga, soccer, ultimate frisbee, and karate while continuing to search for a fitness community that would challenge and inspire her.

That search led her to CrossFit EXP, where she found not only a passion for functional fitness but also a strong sense of community. Since joining in 2022, Meghan has embraced the opportunity to grow as both an athlete and coach.

Today, she coaches EXP Kids classes, Burn classes, and youth strength and weightlifting programs. She is especially passionate about helping young athletes build confidence, resilience, and lifelong fitness habits that extend far beyond the gym.

Drawing from her experience as an interpreter, Meghan loves helping people bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Her coaching philosophy is simple: show up, stay consistent, and trust the process. She believes fitness should be accessible, empowering, and enjoyable for athletes of all ages and abilities.
